A Symposium hosted by our University was held on the occasion of October 16, World Food Day.
The symposium was held on 6 October World Food Day. At the symposium, which will last for 2 days, panels will be held for better production, environment, life and nutrition.
In cooperation with the World Food Organization, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Health, Fırat University, Gazi University and the University of Health Sciences, hosted by our University on October 16, World Food Day, A symposium on “Our actions are our future. Better production, better nutrition, a better environment and a better life” was held.
Governor of Elazig Ömer TORAMAN, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Mehmet Hadi TUNÇ, Mayor of Elazig Şahin ŞERİFOĞULLARI, FAO Turkey Representative Viorel GUTU, World Health Organization Turkey Program Director Prof. Dr. Toker ERGÜDER, Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Fahrettin GÖKTAŞ, Gazi University Rector Prof. Dr. Musa YILDIZ, Rector of the University of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Cevdet ERDÖL, Vice Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Bilal ÜSTÜNDAĞ, Chief Physician of our University Hospital Prof. Dr. İrfan KAYGUSUZ, guests and students attended the program, which started in the Conference Hall of our University Hospital.
The program started with a cinevision show and group photo shoot and continued with panels. At the symposium, which will last for 2 days, panels will be held on better production, environment, life and nutrition.
